Minutes of meeting held March 12, 2020 at 7:00 p.m.
Members Present:, Larry Essenberg, Lynn Spearing, Al Drenth, Mary Neer, Jerry Klooster
Absent –
Meeting called to order at 7:00 pm.
Reviewed Minutes for May 9, July 11, September 12, and November 14th – MMS – Approved.
Old Business – Reviewed updated Zoning Ordinance – MMS to approve the Draft Copy. – Approved. Discussed having Special Meeting at our May meeting for Zoning Ordinance.
Claire Karner has taken on a different job, will not be helping Planning Commission. Looking for replacement.
New Business – Discussed Dollar General Store – We need a site plan to review before having a special meeting. Location for new store is now where the Recycle Dumpsters are currently located.
Reviewed Terms – Mary Neer and Jerry Klooster expired January 2020. MMS to renew their terms till January 2022. – Approved. Larry Essenberg and Al Drenth are good till January 2021.
