Meeting called to order by Campbell at 7:00 PM

1. Motion by McCallum, Stewart to accept December 14, 2020 regular minutes as presented. CARRIED 7-0

PUBLIC INPUT:

DEPARMENTAL REPORTS: 

1. Police: Chief McLean presented monthly report.

1. DPW: N/A

1. Streets: N/A

COMMITTEE REPORTS:

1. Planning Commission: Not meeting due to COVID-19

19. DDA: Not meeting due to COVID-19.

1. Finance Committee (Budget Committee Meeting): Date not set yet.

DISCUSSION:

1. Update on Wastewater Project: Waiting on environmental report to be completed.
2. Pig Roast 2021: No decision has been made yet if they will be able to proceed.
3. Paddle Antrim: Will not be held this year due to COVID-19.
4. Talking with IT people to replace Mission Computers: Gathering bids as this time.

ACTION ITEMS:

2. Motion by Spearing, Boss to set millage rate of 11.3 mills for L4029 for 2021. CARRIED 7-0

3. Motion by Spearing, Boss to increase wages for Village employees by 3% with the exception of Zoning Administrator. CARRIED 7-0

4. Motion by Palajac, Spearing to approve the use of the Backhoe for Township Clean-up Day May 8, 2021. CARRIED 7-0

5. Motion by Sowers, Boss to rehire Sarah Essenberg as Summer Recreation Director. CARRIED 7-0

6. Motion by Campbell, Boss to pay up to $1,650.00 to join with Banks Township to install Wi-Fi hot spots for the Community Square and Township Hall. CARRIED 7-0

7. Motion by Boss, Spearing to pay the bills. CARRIED 7-0

8.Motion by Boss, Palajac to adjourn at7:30pm.  CARRIED 7-0
