Meeting called to order by Campbell at 7:04 PM
- Motion by Sowers, Boss to accept November 9, 2020 regular minutes as presented. CARRIED 4-0

DEPARMENTAL REPORTS:
- Police: Report included with agenda package.
- DPW: Discussed snow removal for streets and sidewalks.
- Streets:
COMMITTEE REPORTS:
- Planning Commission: Have RRC chores to complete for next month.
- Parks and Recreation: Reservations starting to come in for the 2021 Wooden Shoe season.
DISCUSSION:
- Wooden Shoe Holiday Festival – Canceled due to COVID-19.
- Dollar General – Positive responses.
- State of the Community – Canceled due to COVID-19.
- RRC Update – Caught up on chores.
- Sewer project – No update.
- Hiring of a new IT person for Village – Working with Township to ID person/company.
ACTION ITEMS:
- Motion by Campbell, Spearing to appoint Phil Palajac to open trustee position. CARRIED 4-0
- Motion by Boss, Spearing to approve meeting procedures for the 2020-2021 year. CARRIED 4-0
- Motion by Boss, Sowers to set pavilion rental fees for 2021 year at $100.00 for one day and $150.00 for two days. CARRIED 4-0
- Motion by Spearing, Boss to approve committees for 2020-2021 year. CARRIED 4-0
- Motion by Boss, Sowers to pay the bills. CARRIED 4-0
- Motion by Sowers, Campbell to adjourn at 7:28 pm. CARRIED 4-0
