Meeting called to order by Campbell at 7:00 PM
- Motion by McCallum, Palajac to accept August 9, 2021 regular minutes as presented. CARRIED 6-0
PUBLIC INPUT:
DEPARMENTAL REPORTS:
- Police: Chief McLean presented monthly report for August 2021.
- DPW: Reliability Study is in the process of being completed.
- Streets: N/A
COMMITTEE REPORTS:
- Planning Commission: Meeting for September 9, 2021 was canceled.
- Parks and Recreation: Will discuss rates, revenue, attendants and improvements at next meeting when final figures for 2021 season are available.
DISCUSSION:
- Community Square – Looking into having some pavers installed.
- Paddle Antrim – Kickoff will be Thursday 5:30pm at River Park.
- Redevelopment Ready Community (RRC) – Continuing process.
- DDA – Mary Faculak will be the temporary chairperson.
- Sanitary Sewer Project – In the process of completing the application.
- Farmer’s Market – Still open on Saturdays. Need more vendors.
- Housing and Business updates – There is a new home in Essex Estates.
- Discuss rental fee for Community Park Pavilion – Will take place next month.
- Taylor house on Main Street is being restored to original plan. Possibility of Senior Housing
being built on property behind them.
- Breezeway Paddle Sports – Kayak rentals are in place.

- Motion by Boss, McCallum to approve budget amendments. CARRIED 6-0
- Motion by Sowers, Boss to approve the painting/staining of the Community Park Pavilion and tables. CARRIED 6-0
- Motion by Campbell, Boss to pay the bills. CARRIED 6-0
- Motion by Boss, McCallum to adjourn at 7:35pm. CARRIED 6-0
