Meeting called to order by Campbell at 7:00 PM
1. Motion by Sower/M. B. Drenth to accept the May 11, 2015 minutes as presented. CARRIED. 6-0
PUBLIC INPUT: N/A
DEPARMENTAL REPORTS:
Police: The property on Main Street that was in violation of the nuisance ordinance has been remedied.
DPW: Clyde from Gosling Czubak will be here June 17, 2015 to meet with Campbell and T. Drenth.
Parks: Good response to Wooden Shoe Park
COMMITTEE REPORTS:
DISCUSSION:
a. 2014-2015 annual audit by Baird, Cotter and Bishop was satisfactory
b. Pig Roast is moving forward
c. Paddle Antrim is moving forward
d. Village flowers have been set out in village
e. Community Square crowd funding was discussed
f. Farmer’s Market will open June 9, 2015

2. Motion by Boss/Kammerer to approve the delinquent water bill resolution. CARRIED 6/0
3. Motion by Sowers/Boss to set millage rate (L-4029) at 12.3 mills (same as last year) CARRIED 6/0
4. Motion by Campbell/Spearing to approve resolution to sell old waterworks property as alot line adjustment CARRIED 6/0
5. Motion by Spearing/Sowers to approve Resolution No. 06032015 to establish a public policy for Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) CARRIED 6/0
6. Motion by M. B. Drenth/Kammerer to renew membership with NLEA for $300.00 CARRIED 6/0
7. Budget Amendments were not necessary at this time
8. DNR inspection of Wooden Shoe and Community Park was tabled
9. Motion by Boss/Spearing to pay bills CARRIED 6/0
