Meeting called to order by Campbell at 7:00 PM
- Motion by Boss, Palajac to accept December 13, 2021, regular minutes as presented. CARRIED 6-0

COMMITTEE REPORTS:
- Planning Commission:No meeting this month.
- Finance Committee (Budget Committee Meeting):Meeting Tuesday 11, 2022 at 6:00pm. Time changed from 7:00pm to 6:00pm.
- DDA:Meeting Wednesday January 12, 2022, at 4:00pm.
DISCUSSION:
- Millage rate for 2022 – Will be set at June 2022 meeting.
- Update Wastewater Project – Have been told by GFA that an additional study in regard to threaten and endangered species must now be conducted.
- Pig Roast 2022 – Plans are going forward.
- Paddle Antrim – Moving forward.
- Frisbee/Disc golf at Village Parks – Gold Nugget is currently providing Frisbee/Disc golf at their location. It is a fund raiser for Good Samaritan.
- Wi-fi hot spots for Community Square and Township Hall – Now in operation.
- Erosion at Ellsworth River Park – Heidi Shaffer, from Antrim County Conservation, is working with Ellsworth Community School in attempt to organize a program thru Lancer Leap to work on this project.
ACTION ITEMS:
- Motion by Boss, McCallum to approve the following wage increases for 2022-2023 year.Tex Drenth, Village employees, Police and Treasurer will receive a 6% increase. The clerk will receive a $2,000.00 annual increase. The zoning administrator and the on-call person for the water department will remain the same. CARRIED 6-0
- Motion by Boss, McCallum to approve budget amendments.CARRIED 6-0
- Motion by Spearing, Campbell to approve the use of the Backhoe for Township Clean-up Day in May 2022. CARRIED 6-0
- Motion by Boss, McCallum to rehire Sarah Essenberg as Summer Recreation Director. CARRIED 6-0
- Motion by Boss, Campbell to pay the bills.CARRIED 6-0
- Motion by Palajac, McCallum to adjourn at 7:45pm.CARRIED 6-0
