Purpose of the meeting to approve the purchase of a new police car.

Present: Campbell, Sowers, Spearing, Palajac and Drenth

Absent: Stewart, McCallum and Boss

Others:  Chief McLean

Meeting called to order by Campbell at 7:00 PM

1. Motion by Spearing, Palajac to purchase 2016 Taurus police car from Chicago Motors, Inc. for $10,500.00. CARRIED 4-0

2. Motion by Sowers, Spearing to adjourn at 7:10pm.  CARRIED 4-0
