Meeting called to order by Spearing at 4:10 PM

1. Motion by Palajac, Boss to offer the six month temporary position of police officer to Ben Herrick. CARRIED 4-0

2. Motion by Boss, Sowers to adjourn at 4:15 PM.  CARRIED 4-0
